They assisted in us in drafting our operating manual and provided training and materials in order to conform through their BSP Programme. IVS also assisted us, while working through this time, in devanning our containers on site with their new MTF Multi-Site Transitional Facility. We can say that they were very punctual, professional and actually assisted us in devanning quickly. They also took care of the documentation required for MPI. We found that where clarity was required on certain aspects, they were only a phone call away and were only too happy to advise on matters we were unclear about. They provided training for all of our 5 Accredited persons and deputy Transitional Facility Operator, overall, largely thanks to them, we now operate efficiently as a transitional facility which, due to the number of containers we deal with annually, is critical to our business and our operating costs.
