Cheddar cheese manufacturing system wanted by importer

Trade Centre contact is looking to manufacture cheese.
This Trade Centre contact is looking for a complete cheddar cheese system that can produce approximately 40,000 to 50,000 kilos a month. He is also requesting the transference of the manufacturing knowledge to be part of this sale / agreement.
I trust that those of you are in the business of manufacturing cheese will have a thorough understanding of this particular request.
I haven’t met with this visitor personally; all contact thus far has been through email.
