A recent visitor to the Trade Centre looking is looking for Textiles.
This visitor from the United States is currently involved in the fashion industry, manufacturing in factories in South America, (Ecuador and Peru) and is looking for fabrics and textiles to enhance his current range.
Of particular interest to this visitor is New Zealand wool and wool-blends such as Merino and Possum. He believes he will be able to incorporate this fabrics into his production and in so doing enhance his products.
This gentleman has been in this business from 1979 until now dealing predominantly in women’s clothing and fashion accessories. I met with this gentleman personally and found him to be a very pleasant and easy going individual.
He currently retails through a number chains stores and has a complete understanding of the requirements of this industry.
